SHIPPING POLICY

All items in stock will be sent out the same day when purchased before 4pm and delivery will be based on the option you choose. Please note for all bespoke orders like floral pieces are on a 8-10 week waiting list as these are made bespoke to your order.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, Should you wish to return items you can do so by emailing us first, returns will be paid via the customer unless items have been found to be damaged upon arrival in which we need to be notified within 24 hours of arrival please note returns will not be accepted unless we have been notified by email first. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the original packaging with labels on and undamaged/unused. If items are to be found to have been in use or damaged a refund will not be granted. 

Once your order has been received please notify us immediately for any damages or defects. 

Floral arrangements are none refundable as they are made bespoke for you the client. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and an admin charge of £25 will be charged to your card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unforutnately we cannot accept refunds on sale or gift carded items 

EXCHANGE Policy

Should you wish to exchange any items please follow the procedure above and simply place a new order online. 

Canceling your order 

Should you wish to cancel your order you can do so by emailing us within 24 hours of the purchase being made through our website, after this time we can no cancel your order. You will be charged a minimum £25 processing fee for any monies returned to your card in which you paid on. Please speak to our team should this be the case
